Advanced Timed Ticket Admission purchase (members are to reserve free tickets through the member portal) with limited number of admissions to ensure physical distancing and controlled occupancy quota per time period. Members are to sign in in the member portal with the email associated with their Western Spirit membership in order to reserve member tickets.
Member portal will be temporarily unavailable Sep 18-22, 2020.
Please obtain your tickets early to avoid the line!
Pre-purchased or reserved member mobile (or printed) tickets will be scanned upon entry. (tickets will be available at Visitor Services desk for purchase if occupancy quota is not met for that time period)
Face coverings are required for adults and children over 2yrs. Temperature will be taken prior to admission.

SELF-GUIDED TOUR APP To assist social distancing, recorded information from exhibit panels throughout the galleries are now on the audio tour guide APP for members and those who have purchased admission tickets. Download the tour guide app to your smartphone or access it by phone call. If interested, please bring your own headphones. (Group Tours are not available at this time.)

The museum has two, push wheelchairs on-site that guests can sign out at the main Visitor Services desk. The wheelchairs are free-of-charge, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A photo ID is required to sign out each wheelchair.
