ABSENTEE INTENT TO PURCHASE FORM

  • Please select the artwork you wish to submit a ballot for and intend to purchase. To select more than one artwork, hold the 'Control' button while you click.
  • Inclusion in purchase drawing will not be executed without signature. Signature denotes that you agree to purchase the work of art. You will be called following form submission to confirm your entry and provide payment method via phone. Your name will be included in the Purchase Box located next to the painting on April 2, 2020. If your name is drawn at the event on April 2, 2020, you will be contacted. Payment will be due immediately upon notification. This service is offered as a convenience at no charge. All absentee Intent to Purchase forms must be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 1, 2020 to be included in the Purchase Box located next to the artwork.
